Contact Accessoptionpath

You can reach Accessoptionpath by phone, by email or by walking through our front door on Cremorne Street. If you send a message through the form on this page, a real human replies, usually within a couple of hours on weekdays and by the next morning at the weekend. There is no call centre and no auto-reply bot, just the same small team of teachers who will greet you at the studio.

Ways to Reach Us

Three Ways to Get in Touch

Depending on what you need, one option will be faster than the others. The phone is best for same-day bookings and quick questions, email works well for anything with an attachment, and the form is the easiest place to start if you are not sure who you need.

Send Us a Message

Thanks for reaching out. We will be in touch shortly.

We only use your details to reply to this enquiry. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Call the Studio

Fastest for same-day bookings and questions about today's timetable. Answered from 6:15am on weekdays.

Send an Email

Good for anything with an attachment, like a medical clearance letter or a corporate enquiry document.

Drop By the Studio

Front desk is open whenever a class is running. Come in, meet the teachers, and have a look at the space for yourself.

Find Us

Where the Studio Actually Is

We are on the ground floor of 60 Cremorne Street with the green door, one block back from Swan Street and four minutes' walk from the Cremorne tram stop. There is street parking outside on both sides of the road.

Tram and Train

The Cremorne tram stop is on the corner of Swan and Cremorne Street, a four minute walk. Richmond Station is fifteen minutes on foot or a quick tram ride.

Parking

Two-hour street parking on both sides of Cremorne Street, free after 6:30pm. A paid car park sits about a hundred metres up the road.

Bike and Walk

Bike racks at the front of the building, and the Main Yarra Trail is less than a ten minute ride away if you come from the city side.

Accessibility

Step-free entry from the street, an accessible bathroom inside, and wide doors. Let us know in advance if you would like extra space near the front.

Opening Hours

When the Doors Are Open

The front desk is staffed whenever a class is running, which is well before most people are awake and late enough for anyone coming straight from the office. If we are mid-class you might get the voicemail, but we always call back the same day.

  • Monday to Thursday

6:15am to 8:30pm. Six or seven classes a day, back to back from the morning flow through to the last candlelit Yin session.

  • Friday

6:15am to 7:30pm. Five classes on offer, plus the popular Friday 6pm Slow Flow that ends the working week properly.

  • Saturday

7:15am to 4:00pm. Long Slow Flow at 7:30am, Vinyasa at 9:30, Yin at 11:30, and the studio free for workshop or private booking after lunch.

  • Sunday

Closed for regular classes. The only exception is our monthly free restorative session for carers, which runs at 10am on the first Sunday.

  • Public Holidays

Reduced timetable. Morning flow still runs, evening classes are cancelled. Check the online timetable or call the studio to confirm.

Common Questions

Things People Ask Before Reaching Out

If your question is not here, call the studio and we will give you a straight answer. No sales pitch, no obligation to book.

Usually within two hours on weekdays and by the next morning at weekends. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, like a booking for this afternoon, calling the studio is faster than sending a message because someone is always at the desk when a class is running.

Sometimes, but it depends on the class. Popular evening slots fill up by Tuesday morning, and we cap every class at fourteen mats. If you have never been before, we recommend booking through this site or calling ahead so we can save you a mat.

Yes. Private one-on-one sessions are the fastest way to work through an injury, build confidence before joining a group class, or drill a specific posture. Mention it in your message and we will match you with the teacher who suits your needs best.

Absolutely. We run lunchtime staff sessions, weekend team days and one-off wellness events for corporate clients, either at the studio or at your office if you are within five kilometres. Send us a message with rough numbers, dates and what you are hoping to achieve.

Yes, please do. Marcus handles all medical enquiries and can tell you honestly which classes are safe and which to avoid for the moment. He will also flag anything a teacher needs to know in advance so the session is adapted for you rather than for the average student.

Call the studio or reply to your booking confirmation at least four hours before the class starts. You get a full refund or a class credit, your choice. Late cancellations are held as a credit, except for medical reasons, which we always look at generously.
