Vinyasa Flow Yoga That Moves With Your Breath

Look, most yoga classes throw you straight into a sweaty sequence and hope for the best. Ours doesn't work like that. Every Vinyasa Flow session at Accessoptionpath is built around one simple idea: your breath decides the pace, not the teacher shouting over a playlist. We cap classes at fourteen people so you actually get hands-on adjustments, personal cues, and a bit of room to breathe. Whether you're three weeks in or three years deep, you'll walk out looser, calmer, and honestly a little bit hooked.

60 and 75 Minute Formats

Morning express flows fit around a coffee run before work. Evening sessions stretch out longer for people who want the full wind-down.

Fourteen Mats Max

Small room, real attention. Our teachers can see every set of shoulders in the room, which means nobody gets lost at the back.

All Levels Welcome

We offer layered options for every posture so beginners and seasoned practitioners share the same room without either side feeling out of place.

What You're Actually Getting

A Practice Built Around Breath, Not Choreography

Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way', and that's exactly how we treat it. Instead of memorising a fixed routine, you'll learn how to link movement to inhale and exhale so the practice starts to feel like second nature. Our sequences shift every week, so you're never bored, never plateauing, and never sitting in the same tired posture flow you've done a hundred times elsewhere. Expect sun salutations to warm up, standing balances to build focus, and a proper cool-down that lets your nervous system actually catch up.

  • Breath-led sequencing taught by teachers with 500-hour certifications
  • Hands-on adjustments and props provided for every single class
  • Weekly sequence rotations so no two sessions feel identical

Who's Teaching You

Fifteen Years on the Mat, Still Learning Every Day

Our lead teacher Priya spent nine years running intensives in Rishikesh before bringing her style back to Cremorne. She's the kind of instructor who notices when your left hip is dragging behind your right, and she'll quietly walk over with a block rather than call you out in front of the room. Every teacher on our roster has trained through at least 500 hours of certified instruction, and every one of them still takes their own class at least twice a week. You can't teach what you don't practice.

I came in thinking yoga was just stretching for people who hate lifting. Three months later I'm sleeping better, my lower back pain is gone, and I actually look forward to Tuesday mornings.

Breath and Movement Sync

We teach the breath first, then the pose. It sounds slow, but it's why our students progress faster.

Standing Balance Work

Every class includes at least two balance holds that train your ankles, core, and focus simultaneously.

Strength Without Weights

Chaturanga done properly is harder than a bench press. We drill the mechanics until they click.

Deep Guided Savasana

Eight to ten minutes of supported rest at the end, with a guided body scan that actually sends people home calm.

From Front Door to Final Savasana

Here's exactly what happens when you walk in, so there are no surprises and no awkward standing-around moments.

Book That First Session
1

Arrive Ten Minutes Early

Come in, meet the teacher, and grab a mat from the rack. We'll show you where to stash your bag and shoes.

2

Quick Welcome Chat

Two minutes to tell us about any injuries, tight spots, or things you'd rather avoid. No personal history required.

3

Centring and Breathwork

We start seated, eyes closed, following five slow rounds of counted breathing to shift gears out of work mode.

4

Warm-Up Sun Salutations

Four to six rounds of linked postures that wake up your spine, hamstrings, and shoulders without overworking anything.

5

Standing and Balance Sequence

The main event. Warriors, triangles, and a couple of balance challenges designed to build heat and focus together.

6

Cool-Down and Savasana

Seated folds, a supine twist, then full relaxation with a guided body scan and a lavender eye pillow if you want one.

Things People Ask Us

Vinyasa Questions, Answered Honestly

If your question isn't here, drop us a line and we'll give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch.

Still Not Sure?

Give us a call and we'll talk you through which class fits your schedule and experience level. Real humans answer, promise.

Call the studio directly

Not at all. Around a third of our Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are first-timers. The teacher offers modifications for every posture and will quietly check on you during the standing sequence to make sure nothing feels wrong.

Anything you can move in that isn't too baggy, since loose shirts tend to fall over your head during inversions. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Just bring water and yourself.

Flexibility is a result of practice, not a prerequisite. Most new students can't touch their toes on day one. We teach you how to work with your current range instead of forcing your way toward someone else's.

Yes, with a caveat. Let the teacher know before class so they can offer appropriate alternatives and props. For pregnancy we recommend our dedicated prenatal flow, which is safer for second and third trimester students.

We have two changing rooms and a single shower cubicle. If you're heading to work straight after, arrive a few minutes early so there's no rush when class finishes.
